The Democratic Alliance extends a warm welcome to all Oakmonters, friends and family.
Tuesday, November 5th, 6-9pm, Berger Center
Please join us in this celebration of our combined efforts to vote blue from the top to down ballots. We congratulate all who did the hard work of staying politically informed and active, which is the mission of the Alliance through events, activities, newsletters, and websites. We campaigned for candidates and issues, attended fundraisers, generously opened our wallets, knocked on doors, wrote thousands of postcards, made phone calls, sent texts, talked to family, friends and neighbors, and encouraged people to vote in this historically important election.
A NEW WAY FORWARD
In this friendly, casual gathering, we express our enthusiastic support for Vice President Harris and Governor Walz in the fight for all American people that protects our fundamental freedoms, strengthens our democracy, and ensures that every person has the opportunity to not just get by, but to get ahead.
Please bring finger foods, snacks and drinks to share at this free event. Doors open at 5:30. At 6:00, the election returns will be shown in real time on the large screen. Relax on the couches or sit comfortably at the long tables where you can nosh and socialize. Piano tunes will be provided by Oakmont’s extraordinary musician Louise Bettner.
