About the event
The forward-thinking ideas in the book “Abundance” by seasoned journalists and commentators Ezra Klein and Derek Thompson will be featured.
“Abundance is a state in which there is enough of what we need to create lives better than what we have. In which we are focused on the building blocks of the future. Housing, Transportation, Energy, Health. Where we focus on the institutions and people that must build and invent that future.”
A short video of an interview with the authors will introduce their simple idea: To have the future we want, we need to build and invent more of what we need. We have the tools for advancement but are hindered by crippling regulations and politics.
The video will be followed by roundtable discussions exploring these ideas and how to implement them into action. And a raffle where three winners will each receive a copy of “Abundance”.
